Florist materials-All sales are final. No exchanges, refunds or returns!
We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. Contact the shipping provider to file a claim for any lost or damaged packages. Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Orders are shipped the next business day in polymailer. Paper will be folded in half. For bigger orders, boxes will be used. -
Cancelation or changes to order
There are no refunds if an order is canceled. If you decide to cancel an order, you automatically forfeit your payment and payment cannot be used for future orders. Supply orders made online must be picked up within 7 days of purchasing. No refunds, store credit or exchanges will be given. No changes can be made to the order after purchasing. By submitting payment info and checking out, you are acknowledging you have read our policy.
