We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. Contact the shipping provider to file a claim for any lost or damaged packages. Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Once an order has been picked up or delivered we are no longer responsible on how flowers are taken care for or the longevity of the flowers. Please read all the information on the product you are wanting to purchase as some mention substitution of flowers. We aim to make our flower arrangements 100% exactly like the photo but please remember flowers always vary in size and it is out of our control. We do not give warranties to our flowers but will provide flower food and care instructions.

Cancelation or changes to order
There are no refunds if an order is canceled. If you decide to cancel an order, you automatically forfeit your payment and payment cannot be used for future orders. If an order is not picked up at the day and time chosen AND there is no communication to set up next day pick up, you automatically forfeit your order. No refunds, store credit or exchanges will be given. No changes can be made to the order after purchasing. By submitting payment info and checking out, you are acknowledging you have read our policy.
